Eric Jamison Holgate completed his degree at the South Carolina School of Pharmacy in 1982. In 1984, he opened the doors to DuraMed Medical Services. In 1992, he opened the Custom Prescription Shoppe at DuraMed Medical, providing the CSRA with customized prescriptions and personalized care. His second compounding pharmacy, Custom Pharmacy, opened in Evans, GA in 2014.
Eric is an active member of the American Pharmacist Association (APhA), The Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and The Compounders Group. Over the past 25 years, Eric has focused his education on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement for men and women and has become a leading expert in the field. Additionally, Eric has completed advanced specialty training in nutrition, sports medicine, pain management, endocrine, andropause, cosmeceutical, and veterinary compounding.
Hormone levels can decline at any point in your life whether due to a hysterectomy, illness, stress, peri/post menopause or just genetics. We offer one-on-one hormone consultations, as well as couple consultations. If you have supplements you have questions on, feel free to bring them to your appointment.

- Arrive a few minutes early so we can go over your paperwork and be sure it is complete, so as not to take time away from your consultation.
